Welcome to Reverse MedEsthetics and Health Spa!

Inspired by all I’ve learned and witnessed in my experience in the medical aesthetics field, I opened Reverse MedSpaEsthetics and Health Spa with a singular goal: Create a warm, healing environment where I can uplift and amplify the innate beauty, confidence, and power of every patient I treat.

Every path I’ve taken in my career journey— pharmaceutical clinical trainer, nursing, aesthetic medicine, and now as Nurse Practitioner—intersect and merge to create an ideal skill set for the work I do here at Reverse MedEsthetics and Health Spa. Years of clinical experience with thousands of clients furthered my understanding of every person’s respective need to be heard, validated, and supported throughout the aesthetic journey. I consider it a great privilege to be a guide in that journey.

As a mother, a New Mexican, and an owner of a small business, I’m driven by my desire to be a caretaker of caretakers; to give every patient the feeling of being heard and cared for so that they leave Reverse MedEsthetics and Health Spa feeling like the best, most refreshed, restored, and rejuvenated version of themselves possible!

  • Rozalyn Snyder has worked in the medical aesthetics industry for over 14 years, treating clients and leading teams in a top medical spa, first as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, then a Registered Nurse, and now as a board certificed Family Nurse Practitioner, a national Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and a Medical Esthetic Professional-Certified, or nationalMEP-C credentialed provider.

    A prior career in pharmaceuticals— in both sales and as a clinical trainer—added to Rozalyn’s deep understanding of biophysical and chemical processes of the human body and bolstered her years of clinical experience in aesthetics and has been instrumental in her scientific, total-patient approach.

  • Rozalyn’s extensive training and ongoing commitment to continuing education have been formative in her understanding of every part of the clinical medical aesthetic process.

    She holds a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of New Mexico, and is a licensed medical aesthetician.

    Prior to aesthetics, Rozalyn earned Bachelor of Science in Journalism in Advertising, and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Communications (both from the University of Missouri) in the early 2000s.

  • Rozalyn has numerous advanced certifications in aesthetic skincare and treatment modalities. In addition to being a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she holds a second board certification as a Medical Esthetic Practitioner-Certified, or MEP-C national credential from the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Practitioners as well as Master Level Injector Certification through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She is certified in the advanced toxin applications of MicrotoxⓇ, NasaltoxⓇ, and Theratox™ and has advanced cadaver training for aesthetic medicine applications.

    Rozalyn holds a third national board certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, or MSCP board certification and also holds a current license as a Medical Aesthetician of more than 14 years experience treating in the science of skin.

Her extensive knowledge, refined techniques, and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a true skin expert.

Taylor earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico, bringing a strong scientific foundation and a deep appreciation for the medicine behind every treatment we provide. Her passion for science, combined with an unwavering commitment to helping others, makes her a natural fit for the level of evidence-based care our patients have come to expect.

Before joining Reverse, Taylor spent more than 12 years as a veterinary technician, where she developed exceptional clinical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a calm, compassionate presence while caring for patients and supporting families through every stage of care.

But what you'll notice first isn't her impressive education or experience—it's her heart.

Taylor has a remarkable way of making every person who walks through our doors feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and valued. Her warmth, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond create the kind of experience that can't be taught—it simply comes from who she is.

As both a devoted mother of two boys and a lifelong lover of science, Taylor understands that confidence, wellness, and feeling cared for can truly change lives. We couldn't be more excited to have her as part of the Reverse family as she continues to grow in aesthetic medicine.
